Acceptance of the terms

By using the Karak & Questions app you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of them, please stop using the app.

Accounts and guest accounts

You can play as a guest without creating an account; a guest profile tied to your device is created for you. When you register a full account, your data moves from the guest profile to your account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• Offensive names or images, and impersonating others, are not allowed.
• Any form of cheating or manipulating match results or rankings is not allowed.
• Misusing social features such as friend requests and invitations is not allowed.
• We reserve the right to restrict or suspend any account that breaks these rules.

Purchases and in-app currency

The app offers a virtual currency (coins) earned by playing or purchased through the app stores. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred outside the app or exchanged for money. Purchases are subject to the policies of the store they were made through (App Store, Google Play or AppGallery), including its refund policies.

Content and intellectual property

All app content — questions, designs, characters and trademarks — is owned by us or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time, and you can request deletion of your data via the data deletion page. We also reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
