Delete Account and Data

You can delete your account and all your data from within the app at any time, or by emailing us.

In the app

  1. Open Karak & Questions.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by typing the requested word on screen.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer sign in — including if you used Facebook Login and have lost access to that account — email info@gaitco.com from your registered address, or send us the mobile number or username on the account. We respond within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your name, email, mobile number, username and friend code.
  • Your avatar and preferences.
  • Your friends, friend requests and blocks.
  • Your match history, scores and ranking.
  • Device tokens used to send you notifications.
  • Any link between your account and an external login provider such as Facebook, Google or Apple.

What may remain, and why

  • Billing and subscription records, where they exist, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot be linked back to you, such as total matches played.
  • Backups, which expire on their normal rotation.
